This 3-hour course covers the concept of a charrette. A charrette meeting event that, when well done, can help develop a high performance project. This course is full of specifics on how to conduct a charrette from how many people to invite to minutiae such as the font size for a nametag. This is basically a "how-to" course on conducting meetings.
