If you want to bring out the best in people, including yourself, you’ll find rewards and recognition a central part of that goal. Effort needs acknowledgment. Discover the benefits of employee recognition and how to determine what rewards will best motivate your team. We will help you understand what the key to recognition’s effectiveness is how to create a recognition culture.
An application activity form is also included to assist you with the implementation of the techniques in the course.
Specific Knowledge or Skill Obtained
This course teaches the following specific knowledge and skills:
- Identify the difference between rewards and recognition
- Explain the benefits of self-appreciation
- Summarize importance of a customer appreciation program
- Explain the benefits of compliments
Certificate of Completion
You will be able to immediately print a certificate of completion after passing a multiple-choice quiz consisting of 10 questions. PDH credits are not awarded until the course is completed and quiz is passed.
