Overview
People do business with people they like. Successful results are greatly determined by your ability to influence the behaviors, beliefs, and attitudes of other people. This isn’t about manipulation, but rather understanding fundamental psychological aspects of human nature. This course assumes that most people you’re working with are good, honest, and decent most of the time. The core of all positive interpersonal relationships, and one of the two main goals when influencing, is mutual liking. Liking or disliking others is based mostly on unconscious processes. In this course, we will focus on appropriate use of power, influence techniques, how to get others to follow your lead, win-win negotiations, maximizing your core influence and preventing group think.
An application activity form is also included to assist you with the implementation of the techniques in the course.

- Inspire others to immediate action and cooperation
- Identify opportunities for negotiation, Explain the qualities of win-win negotiation
