Employees will always look for opportunities to further their career and those that fail to make employee retention a priority are at risk of losing their most talented people to the competition. Attracting, hiring, and retaining high-caliber employees in today’s labor market challenges all organizations to manage talent at all levels. This course will help you to understand the importance of the leadership team and credibility.
An application activity form is also included to assist you with the implementation of the techniques in the course.
