Overview
The one constant you can always count on is change. This course will help you develop the necessary skills to plan and execute a successful change management campaign. Although your people may have fear and apprehension, we will guide you to empathize with them and help them see the positive aspects of Change Management. You will be introduced to various tools and processes that help implement change across your organization.
An application activity form is also included to assist you with the implementation of these techniques.
Specific Knowledge or Skill Obtained
This course teaches the following specific knowledge and skills:
- Prepare for leading and managing change
- Identify the primary role of the leaders
- Develop communication during change
- Assess ways for people to leave their comfort zone
Certificate of Completion
You will be able to immediately print a certificate of completion after passing a multiple-choice quiz consisting of 10 questions. PDH credits are not awarded until the course is completed and quiz is passed.
