This course, “Risk Management: Program Administration, Plan Review and Evaluation”, is designed to provide a basic understanding of the risk administration and the plan review and evaluation steps of the risk management process.

Through this module, it will be demonstrated how the risk administration and the plan review and evaluation components are on-going steps throughout the risk management program and identify how these two steps are combined so they can work in harmony throughout the life of the risk management plan.

You will become familiar with how the risk administration plan is implemented throughout the organization through the risk management process as well as gain an understanding of the importance of the plan review and evaluation process. These two risk management program components are necessary to ensure the success of the risk management program and overall operation.

Upon completion of this course, you will have the basic knowledge necessary for administering the risk management program as well as an understanding of the plan review and evaluation process.
