Overview
This 4-hour course reviews Title 12 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005. This portion of the Act is also known as the Electricity Modernization Act of 2005 (EMAct'05) and concerns reliability of the electric utility grid in the United States. EMAct'05 amends the Federal Power Act to address reliability, transmission upgrades, transmission operations, alternative fuel sources, and other items related to the operation of electric power systems.
