Pros: Thorough coverage of material, instructor seems to understand the material very well.

Cons:

Difficult to understand written material, good as "reminder" material, but not good for people who did not major in power option in engineering school. Too much text explanation, recommend more figures.

Error (I think) on page 39: Shouldn't the formula be Power Factor = kW/kVA (not kW/kVAR)
