This was a great clarification of terms and concepts frequently used but either glanced over or assumed to be known but often fuzzy or misunderstood by those of us that use networks without configuring them. It made the difference between kind of knowing and actually knowing the network operations. It also helped put our individual participation into perspective and generates more confidence in the systems.
My only criticism - it needs to be updated. As noted by the author, network development is forging ahead quickly. Most common used items and concepts in 2022 are different than those in this course. Might also consider toning down the intro - it is more relatable to the those of us in the much older population than the majority of the audience.

Material is well-organized, well-written, and provides a good overview of networking, but at a very high level. I'm not a computer guy, and have an IT IQ even lower than my age, so I found the material somewhat helpful. However, it would be of very limited value to someone already familiar with networking concepts.
