Stephen J. Huskie, P.E.
Stephen J. Huskie, P.E., is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and a licensed Professional Engineer. He has over 30 years of consulting engineering experience in the field of civil and environmental engineering in areas covering analysis and evaluation, and planning, design, and construction contract administration for water infrastructure projects and site engineering. Project experience includes sanitary and combined sewers, wastewater treatment facilities, stormwater management, dredging, water quality management, site engineering and land development projects. His project experience also includes water utilities valuation and acquisition studies, water supply and distribution analysis and design, providing expert testimony, and environmental impact assessments. Mr. Huskie has served as Chair of the Environmental Group for the Mohawk-Hudson Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers. In addition to his professional experience in consulting engineering, Mr. Huskie is a former adjunct instructor in the civil engineering technology program at a community college in upstate New York.
Mr. Huskie established a consulting practice in 1995 and has served a variety of client types including municipal, private, institutional, and commercial. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Water Environment Federation.
