Thomas J. Green, P.E., P.L.S., CFM, , is a dual licensed engineer/surveyor and a certified floodplain manager. He is working for Civil and Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in their Naperville, Illinois office. CEC is an engineering and environmental consulting firm with more than 1,000 team members and 26 offices nationwide. His experience is in both the public and private sectors upon graduating from Purdue University. Additionally, his previous experience includes plan and permit reviewing for several municipalities in the northern Illinois area.
