Adnan Akhtar, P.E.

Adnan Akhtar, P.E., has received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in chemical engineering from University of Engineering and Technology, Pakistan with wastewater treatment as main area of interest. He has published four articles in high-impact journals and worked on numerous innovative techniques that are being used in water remediation.

He is currently working as a faculty member and possesses over 8 years of experience in the industrial and academic sector. He has collaborated with industries to work on wastewater management from industrial sector.

He is a professional engineer and has been working on Advanced Oxidation Processes and electrochemical techniques for wastewater treatment particularly Photocatalysis, electrooxidation, Fenton Oxidation, and adsorption.
