Stephen Greco, P.E.
Stephen Greco, P.E. has nearly 40 years of experience in gas transmission and distribution engineering. He has over 15 years of direct hands-on experience in operating, managing, and design of Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) plants and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) stations. He has expertise in capital project management for both LNG and CNG Plants; his wide range of engineering experience includes capital planning, design, and asset management for over 2000 pressure regulating stations, 12 LNG plants, and 10 CNG stations for National Grid.
He holds a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Stony Brook, a Bachelor of Science from New York Institute of Technology, and a New York State Professional Engineers License. He is a multi-discipline engineer with expertise in Mechanical., Civil, Structural, and Electrical Engineering. Steve also has vast experience in Process Safety and Plant Controls. He is currently a Principal Strategic Industry Advisor for the energy industry and works with utilities throughout the United States.
He has served on various committees with the American Gas Association (AGA) throughout his career and is an AGA member. Earlier in his career, Steve designed equipment for the Medical Device Industry and received a US Patent for a vortex mixer now distributed worldwide and used in the medical industry.
