David Romano, M.S.E.E.

David Romano, M.S.E.E., is experienced in the specification, design, analysis and test of analog, digital, RF/IF circuitry and subsystems. During his last assignment in the 2005-2015 timeframe, David managed subcontracts of spacecraft units outsourced by Boeing Space and Communications to Japanese and European vendors for multiple communication satellite programs. David retired from Boeing Satellites in El Segundo, California in 2015.
