Jeffrey S. Caudill, P.E., CSP
Jeffrey S. Caudill, P.E.,CSP received a B.S. in Industrial Technology, Safety & QA/QC emphasis in 1991 from Morehead State University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering Environmental-Hydrology-Geotechnical-Construction emphasis from the University of Kentucky. Mr. Caudill went on to earn an MC in Project Management from George Washington University in 2008 through the Marathon Oil Company’s PMP program.
Mr. Caudill began working as an apprentice drafter-surveyor assistant in 1985 while still in high school and has over 30 years combined experience working in the following areas: construction, contracting manager, consulting design principal engineer, engineering design manager, QC manager, project manager, supervisor-coordinator in oil and gas process safety management, EHS&S Manager, certified RCA trainer, personal safety, professional author, and process safety management.
Mr. Caudill’s recent experience includes over a decade in both Personal & Process Safety Management in the Oil and Gas Industry in multiple states. Currently, he serves as Corporate Safety and Health Managing Director at his current employer.
Mr. Caudill is also a professional technical writer, having published articles in the oil and gas industry in the field of process safety. Articles include improving process safety culture, incident investigation techniques, and auditing and management of change.
Mr. Caudill holds certificates in ABS API 754 and API 751 auditing and currently conducts audits in these areas. More recently, he earned his CSP from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. Mr. Caudill is also a registered Professional Engineer in multiple states.
