Mark J. Sheeran, P.E.
Mark J. Sheeran, P.E., received his MBA, with distinction, from the Stern School of Business at New York University in 2013 and his BS in Civil Engineering, summa cum laude, from Manhattan College in 2006. Mark is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York. He is a Principal Advisor with Morrissey Goodale, LLC and works with architectural, engineering, and environmental firms to deliver strategic business planning and financial advisory solutions, including buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions advisory services.
Mark has spent his entire career working with the AEC industry, including operations and corporate-development roles. His background also includes strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, scenario modeling, market analysis, business plan development, and business process improvement.
Prior to working with Morrissey Goodale, Mark worked as a Corporate Development Manager at STV, Inc. In this capacity, he worked closely with executive management to develop and execute STV’s M&A and corporate strategic plans. He also supported business and financial planning, operations, and organizational development functions within individual business units.
Mark is the Founder and Managing Partner of Odyssey Realty Partners LLC, a real estate company working to transform properties through investment, development, and consulting. Mark has been the principal-in-charge and third-party owner's representative on some of the highest profile projects in New York City, including the One World Trade Center project. Over his career, Mark has been involved in the development and management of over $1 billion of real estate in the New York metro area.
