Carmelo P. Carbonara, P.E. (Ret), MSEP, is head of CPC Networking Inc., a computer systems integration and consulting firm for public and private sector industries.

Mr. Carbonara's proficiencies are in the implementation of:

• Electronic systems (control and low voltage power)
• WAN Communications systems (optical / electronic multiplexed backbone)
• Computer Networking and Client / Server Applications (Microsoft / Debian, OS platforms)

His education includes a Masters of Science in Electrophysics (Polytechnic University Brooklyn, NY 1994) and a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering (New York Institute of Technology Westbury, NY, 1985). Mr. Carbonara is a retired Professional Engineer in New York.
