Debra Kennaugh, P.E.

Debra Kennaugh, P.E., has 25 years of traffic engineering experience that ranges from preliminary traffic studies to complete plans production. She is proficient in the different versions of CAD and traffic engineering software such as Highway Capacity Software and Transyt-7F.

With regard to traffic engineering studies, Ms. Kennaugh has generated hundreds of traffic studies including safety studies, access management studies and traffic impact analyses. She has conducted numerous studies on pedestrian safety/design and bicycle safety/design, median design and traffic calming measures.

With regard to traffic engineering plans production, Ms. Kennaugh has experience in producing signing & pavement marking, signalization and lighting plans of varying magnitudes. Plans production has included small commercial developments to large interstate interchanges.
