Adolfo Bello, P.E., PMP, MBA

Adolfo Bello, P.E., PMP, MBA, is a Senior Communications System Engineer responsible for land, mobile, radio and commercial wireless communications consulting services to clients in the public and private sectors. Mr. Bello received his B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University, and his MBA from Rutgers University. He is also a Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in the states of New Jersey and Michigan, as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Mr. Bello’s experience and skills allow him to provide strategies for the design and enhancement of wireless communications systems, and is considered a resident RF Subject Matter Expert within his organization.

Some of Mr. Bello’s abilities include project management, team leadership, wireless network design and optimization (LMR/LTE/UMTS/WiFi), non-ionizing radiation compliance analysis (OET65/SC6), site surveys, capacity planning and forecasting, intermodulation analysis, PCI/PN/frequency planning, point-to-point path and reliability analysis, and in-building (DAS) design.
