J.N. Ramaswamy, P.E., PhD

J.N. Ramaswamy, P.E., PhD, was awarded a PhD in Environmental Engineering from West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV and an M.S. in Sanitary Engineering from the University of Madras, India. His varied professional experience includes teaching undergraduate and graduate engineering students at multiple universities including West Virginia University, Florida A & M, and Tallahassee Community College.

He was also responsible for the design and construction of civil engineering projects at three consulting engineering firms in Georgia, Indiana and Michigan over a 10 year period and worked for over 15 years as a regulator at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.

Mr. Ramaswamy has published over ten papers in national journals and has authored over 30 feasibility studies and reports. He is presently a registered professional engineer in the state of Florida.
