M. Al Nasra, P.E., C.P.S.E., PhD

M. Al Nasra, P.E., C.P.S.E., PhD, has over 22 years experience of intensive teaching, research and engineering practice, and has held several positions including construction project manager, site engineer, and design engineer. He is the president and founder of Nasra and Associates, Inc., a consulting engineering firm founded in 1996.

Dr. Nasra was awarded a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University in Virginia in 1992. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Virginia and North Carolina and is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sedimentation Control (C.P.E.S.).
