Why does the system not accept my email address and password?
There
are a number of reasons why you may not be able to login into your account:
| a. |
Are you registered as a user?

Did you type your email address and
password correctly?

If you cannot remember your password, then
type in your email address and click on "Forgot Password?" on the

I
submitted the course quiz, but I get a blank screen.
Your
web browser is most likely set to a high security setting, which blocks cookies.
In order to view your quiz results and access your certificate of completion,
you need to enable cookies in your web browser. See the instructions above
in Question 1.c.
Once
you have enabled cookies in your web browser, you can access your certificate of
completion by clicking on "Completed Courses" in the
My
Account menu.

I
am unable to download the course PDF file.
You
must have a copy of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your
computer to download and view course PDF files. Click on the link below to
download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader:

Note
that some users who have Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader installed on their
machines have reported problems with these applications.
If
you are unable to open a PDF file on PDHengineer.com, then get the latest copy
of Reader using the link above. If you have the latest version of Reader
installed, then check whether your computer has any old versions still installed
on your computer.
It
has been reported by some users that having an older version of Acrobat or
Reader installed on their computer, along with the new version, resulted in PDF
download problems. All old versions of Acrobat or Reader should be
uninstalled when the new version is installed.

I
am unable to download my course certificate of completion.
You
must have a copy of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your
computer to download and view your course certificate. Refer to Question
No. 3 above for information on downloading Adobe Acrobat Reader. If the
latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed on your computer and you
still cannot download your certificate, then check which browser you are using:
Checking Your Web
Browser
- Select "Help" in the menu at the top of your browser.
- Select "About Internet Explorer" or "About Netscape", etc.
A
very small number of users may experience problems downloading the certificate
of completion with web browsers other than Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+ or
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x. If you use a different browser (such as
Netscape or Opera) and you are unable to download your certificate, then try
downloading your certificate using Microsoft Internet Explorer. You can
click on the link below to download a free copy of the latest version of
Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Some of the text and graphics on PDHengineer.com do not display properly on my
screen.
The
design of PDHengineer.com is optimized for the Microsoft Internet Explorer
series of web browsers. The functionality of the website, including
creating a login account, purchasing courses, taking quizzes, etc., works with
any web browser. However, there are some text and graphics that may appear
slightly different than our web designers intended when displayed on your screen
if you use Netscape, Opera or another web browser.
We
would like to hear your feedback. If you are using Netscape, Opera or one
of the other non-IE browsers, send us an email at
administrator@pdhengineer.com and tell us whether you are
experiencing any display or functionality problems. We want to ensure that
your experience on PDHengineer.com is pleasurable.

| 6. |
I
misspelled my name when creating my login account.
Any
information that you input when creating your login account can be changed at
any time by clicking on "Edit Profile Information" in the
My
Account menu. The exception is that you cannot change your
email address (which serves as your login username) in My Account. If your
email address changes, you will need to either create a new login account using
your new email address or contact us at
administrator@pdhengineer.com for assistance.
Note
that any changes that you make to your Profile Information will not be reflected
in previously created certificates of completion. Thus, changing your name
in your Profile Information will not result in the new name being added to
existing certificates in your account from previously completed courses.
The new name will, however, be applied to certificates for courses completed in
the future.
