Overview
This four-hour course will
help those assigned to take a principle role in an organization’s change
initiative to develop a useful, step-by-step strategy for change. It provides a
broad understanding about the nature of change, tips on developing a
heart-engaging vision statement designed to mobilize the workforce toward the
desired future, how to determine an organization’s readiness for change, how
to build momentum with the change and preserve results after it is over.
This course will help you and your
employees develop a survival plan for upcoming
changes in the workplace. Whether the change involves new technology, a new
location, a new employer, or a whole new career, this course will help you
assess objectively the skills, abilities, and values within you that can make
success a reality.
The
